Artist Statement: The immigration issue remains a very complicated and complex issue on its own, without politicians making matters worse by declaring war on unarmed, desperate people and their children trying to change their lives. Governments and politicians around the world must stop advocating for building walls and wasting money on militarizing communities, as we do in the US, and use those resources instead, to assist families on an individual basis, according to their specific needs and requests for help.
